Rooz has obtained access to the original source responsible for leaking an audio recording attributed to commander Moshfegh speaking to a group of clerics in the city of Mashad. Rooz has also obtained a copy of a report prepared by senior analysts at the intelligence ministry, state security forces, and Islamic Passdaran Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) for the Supreme National Security Council and presented to the regime’s senior officials.

Over the past few months, an audio recording was distributed widely online in which an alleged IRGC commander lays harsh accusations against prominent reformist figures as well as seyyed Hassan Khomeini, Hashemi Rafsanjani, Mir-Hossein Mousavi, seyyed Mohammad Khatami and ayatollah Sanei. The speech is attributed to commander Moshfegh, from the IRGC’s Sarallah base, and it cites various portions of the Supreme National Security Council’s 110-page report, a full copy of which is in Rooz’s possession.

The Supreme National Security Council’s report, which is relied on heavily by commander Moshfegh, reveals that plans to engineer the June 12 presidential election were prepared a long time before the election by the country’s senior leaders. The report also reveals that the mass arrest of journalists and political prisoners in the days after the June 12 presidential election were preplanned, with the IRGC having carried out the necessary research and operations before the election.

The report, titled, “Examination and Analysis of the Organization and Structure of the 1388 Conspiracy,” begins by stating, “The present Power Point presentation contains an examination and analysis of the recent conspiracy’s structure and organization resulting from numerous meetings involving experts, officials and senior analysts at the ministry of intelligence, state security forces and the Islamic Passdaran Revolutionary Guards Corps, prepared at the directive of the Supreme National Security Council.”

The report contains fourteen charts discussing “the view of a failed plot, meetings, purpose and strategy, leadership layers, plotting and organization, Hashemi’s (a reference to Hashemi Rafsanjani) role, executive tactics and leadership after the election, influential elements in the recent conspiracy and their connection network to Hashemi Rafsanjani, Mir-Hossein Mousavi, Mehdi Karoubi and seyyed Mohammad Khatami, as well as future strategies of the conspiracy movement.”

The report portrays the post-election events as a “preplanned political plot to topple the country’s executive management and change certain of the regime’s principles and foundations through circumvention of the law and the supreme leader and using all domestic and foreign resources, including causing disturbance,” quoting statements from seyyed Hassan Khomeini, Mostafa Tajzadeh, Mohammad Ali Abtahi, Mohsen Aminzadeh, Mohammad Atrianfar, Behzad Nabavi, Zahra Rahnavard, Ebrahim Yazdi, seyyed Mohammad Khatami, Mousavi Khoiniha, Gerami-Moghaddam, Hossein Marashi, Jahanbakhsh Khanjani, Hashemi Aghajari, Roshanak Siasi, Dr. Banki, Majid Ansari, Behzad Nabavi, Alireza Rajai, Abdollah Ramezanzadeh, Mohammad Ghouchani, Masih Mohajeri, Gholamhossein Karbaschi, Feizollah Arabsorkhi, Hedayatollah Aghaei, Mehdi Hashemi, Zahra Eshraghi, Fatemeh Kroubi, Mehdi Darvish, Mozaffar, Shahab Tabatabaei, Hamzeh Karami, Behzadiannejad, Javad Emam, Tajernia, Ali Dorani, Nayyeri, Mohtashamipour, Hashemi Rafsanjani’s wife, Mousavi-Tabrizi, Mohammad Moghaddam, Mehdi Hashemi, Hassan Rohani, Reza Khatami, Ali Hashemi, Faezeh Hashemi, Fatemeh Hashemi, Mohammad-Taghi Karoubi, Mousavi Lari, Bahman Ahmadi-Amuei, Hojjat Sharifi, Mohsen Mirdamadi, Keyan Tajbakhsh, Mostafa Tolouei, Saeed Shariati, Khosravi, Serajeddin Mousavi, Amir-Mehdi Mousavi-Khoeini, and Ghodratollah Alikhani.
